Nourished Nerves, Nourished Heart Herbal Tisane

$14.00

This is a beautiful bouquet of heart-centering herbs, connecting herbal nervines with nutritives to support softening hard edges and restoring a strong center of wellbeing. 'Nourished Nerves, Nourished Heart' is a blend of organically grown and conscientiously wildcrafted:

  • Oatstraw

  • Tulsi/Holy Basil

  • Rose Petals

  • Stinging Nettle

  • Wood Betony

  • Damiana

And it is a true gift.

Oatstraw is silky soft, showcasing it’s soothing signature. Tulsi offers numerous gifts, being called the ‘Queen of herbs’ and is used in Ayurveda practice as an adaptogen to counter stress. Nettle is traditionally used to soften hard edges, while Wood Betony leans into to grief medi-sun. Damiana brings us out of our head and into the body, and the rose gets right to work, opening the heart center. Each of these plants brings a beautiful gift to the nourished self.

Suggested Use: Brew using the Infusion method

  1. Place 2 tsp of herbal tisane using a teapot with a removable infuser, french press, tea strainer or tea jar.

  2. When brewing loose leaf and flower, remember that all the herbs will expand in the pot.

  3. Pour 8-10 oz hot water over tea and cover for 15 mins.

  4. Strain spent herb and enjoy your tisane!

Each resealable pouch contains approximately 20-25 servings of tisane.
