The blend includes all organically-grown and certified organic Astragalus root, eleuthero root, marshmallow root, calendula flower, rosemary, sage, thyme, oregano, bay leaf, peppercorn, nutmeg, and seaweed flakes. Seaweed is a beautiful herbal blend addition as it may impart anti-inflammatory and antioxidant support along with adding vitamins and minerals.

Directions: Place stock bones in a crock pot. Add 1-2 TBSP of herb blend, 2 Tbsp of Earth hands herbal raw apple cider vinegar or some plain raw apple cider vinegar, season with sea salt, and cover generously with filtered water (approx. 12 cups) Cover pot and simmer for at least 10-12 hours, reducing water content by 1/3. The final product is about 8 cups of delicious immune support bone broth for the whole family to sip on, enjoy, and feel the benefits of our incredible plant allies getting to work!
